Cancellation Policy

Oatle Kids is a month-to-month digital subscription. You may stop future renewals at any time.

1. How to cancel

Email info@oatle-technologies.co.za from the email address linked to your parent account and use the subject “Cancel my Oatle Kids subscription”. Until a self-service cancellation control is available, this email process is the official cancellation method.

2. Timing

Send the request before your next renewal date. We will acknowledge the request and stop future recurring charges. If a renewal is already being processed when the request arrives, contact us immediately so we can review it.

3. Access after cancellation

Cancellation stops future renewals. Your existing access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Your account may remain available for login after paid access ends.

4. Refunds

Cancellation does not automatically refund a completed payment. First payments requested within seven calendar days and payment errors are handled under the Refund Policy.

5. Confirmation

Keep the cancellation confirmation email for your records. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within two business days, follow up using the same email thread.
