Terms and Conditions
These terms govern your use of the Oatle Kids website, learning application and monthly digital subscription.
1. About Oatle Kids
Oatle Kids is a digital learning product for parents and caregivers to explore with children. It includes age-guided activities for reading, word building, sentence building, mathematics, writing and tracing. It is an informal learning resource and does not replace schooling, professional assessment, medical advice or individual learning support.
2. Parent accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement to create a parent account or purchase a subscription. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and supervising a child’s use of the product. Please do not enter a child’s personal information into account fields or the AI assistant.
3. Subscription and price
Oatle Kids access costs R99 per month in South African rand (ZAR), unless a different price is clearly displayed before checkout. The subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Creating an account does not itself create a charge. Payment is processed securely by PayFast; Oatle Kids does not collect or store full payment card details.
4. Checkout acceptance
Before proceeding to payment, you must confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions together with the Refund, Cancellation, Delivery and Privacy Policies. The price and recurring nature of the subscription are displayed before payment.
5. Digital delivery and access
Access is delivered electronically to the parent account after PayFast confirms a successful payment. Delivery is normally immediate but may take up to 30 minutes. Internet access and a supported browser are required for account creation, login, payment and access checks. See the Delivery Policy for support steps.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time. Future renewals will stop and access will continue until the end of the period already paid for. A first subscription payment is eligible for a full refund when requested within seven calendar days after payment. Other refunds are described in the Refund Policy and do not limit rights provided by South African law.
7. Acceptable use
You may use Oatle Kids for personal and household learning. You may not resell access, share an account outside your household, copy or redistribute substantial parts of the application, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or use it unlawfully.
8. Intellectual property
The Oatle Kids name, software, artwork, stories, activities, text, audio and branding are owned by or licensed to Oatle Technologies. Your subscription grants a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the product while access is active.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep Oatle Kids available, but internet services can experience maintenance or interruptions. Activities may be improved, replaced or removed. Material changes to pricing or subscription terms will be communicated before they apply to a future billing period.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Oatle Technologies is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the product. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern promptly.
